1. What are the payment methods?

- You can pay us using Online Payments and Cash On Delivery as well. We use Razorpay Secure payment gateway to assure safe & secure transaction for you.

2. When will I receive my product?

- The product is usually dispatched on the next day after the call verification ( for COD orders) and it takes about to 2 - 3 days more to get it delivered. 

In short, you will receive your product within 3 - 5 business days. (Monday to Friday)

3. Do I need to pay shipping charges?

- No, We provide FREE SHIPPING to all our customers.

4. What should I do if the product I received is damaged or defective?

- In such cases, we provide a full refund but you need to give us valid proofs like the unboxing video of the product.
